DESCRIPTION:El liderazgo apreciativo invita a un proceso relacional\, que desarrolla el potencial del líder como el de sus compañeros\, para contribuir a crear un cambio valioso y transformador. Busca convertir el potencial humano en poder positivo. Un líder apreciativo ilumina: hace aflorar lo mejor de las personas y de las situaciones. Liderar es transitar juntos por varios procesos. La formación incluye también temas de liderazgo relacional y de indagación generativa. Liderar la organización es co-crear en un contexto de complejidad. La mejora del desempeño a través del pensamiento de procesos. Cuando se requiere resiliencia para sobrevivir\, las organizaciones necesitan generatividad para prosperar. \nEdición 2024: Inicio 12 de junio a las 17:00h  \nSiguientes fechas sesiones sincrónicas: 12\, 19\,  y 26 de junio 3\, 10\, 16 y 24 de julio de 17:00h a 18:00h CEST  \nEl curso ofrece más de 21 horas asincrónicas.
